Diamond Care Services Australia Pty Ltd (DCSA) was established by Pauline "Polly" Mawad  to deliver a Boutique Quality, Person Centred level of Disability Care.

AS founder and Director of DCSA, Polly leads her team with over 20 years of Community Engagement and Client Care Experience assisting the most frail and vulnerable members of the community.

​

Polly personally oversees the specific requirements of every new client in order for DCSA to deliver a Disability Support Care Service that is tailor made to the clients' personal needs. Our follow-up visits ensures participant satisfaction. 

Her work ethic is second-to-none. With a 'can do attitude', supported by a 'no problems only solution' philosophy.

 

DCSA works with clients and their support networks such as family, friends, specialists and GP’s in achieving their daily life needs. We do this in a holistic way promoting safety, independence, and togetherness.

DCSA Team is made up of professional staff who are qualified in the following services:

• Mental Health trained Staff

• Registered Nurses including AINS

• Disability Care Trained Staff

• Epilepsy support / Awareness

• Autism support  / Awareness

• Asthma Awareness 

• Highly challenging behaviours including physical and verbal behaviours

• Lifestyle Support Coaches and instructors.

• All our staff have Police and Working With Children Checks
